Had a tour of the facility and the place is amazing!! Was shown the rehabilitation are, dining room area, patient rooms and the TV area. The place and the staff were amazing. Will recommend this facility to all my friends needing help with there parents, spouse or siblings!
The events are well-organized and engaging, and the staff is involved and supportive. You can tell residents are genuinely valued.
Whispering Springs Rehabilitation has been so awesome to us! Office staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. They have guided me and helped me so much with everything I need for my mom. The nursing staff is amazing. So kind and take care of my mom with such love. I am so grateful for all the attention and care, love and affection they show my mom.
Did an awesome job. Everyone is so compassionate and kind. My uncle was lovingly cared for. Thank you for all you do.
Pictures lie and can be fixed with filters Facility smells nasty Floor filthy Rooms in bad condition not like the picture makes it look.. Patients being ignored when they’re crying for help Blankets are small and old not hospital grade Bed does not have rails Mattress is old Staff being slow no hospitality at all My mom didn’t get a wheel chair to get escorted when I picked her up.. she’s a high risk fall and nothing made that facility look safe.. she didnt even apologized respectfully when I told her it was too late when sh... read more
