I was very impressed on the staff professional approach to questions we had about Whispering Springs Rehab. Charlotte Hines took time to walk us through the center. Was very professional and introduced her staff and made us feel free to ask any questions we had. I was very impressed by their kindness and understanding to our needs.

I was invited to the event of Christmas in July on the 30th of July 2026. The food was great and the patients seemed to be enjoying it. Overall, I am very impressed with the care and dedication shown by the staff. It is comforting to know that patients are being treated with compassion and dignity. The Dietary Department, in particular, goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for the outstanding quality of both the food and the service. I am truly amazed by the transformation this nursing home has made in just the past month. The difference is incredible, and it’s clear that the staff has been working hard to create a better experience for the residents. The biggest improvement, in my opinion, is the Dietary Services Department. The meals are absolutely outstanding—not only are they delicious, but they are beautifully presented. We had a great time volunteering at Whispering Springs! The environment was inviting, the residents were in great spirits and I enjoyed talking to them We will be back to visit them again
