Whispering Springs Rehabilitation has been so awesome to us! Office staff is amazing and so kind and helpful. They have guided me and helped me so much with everything I need for my mom. The nursing staff is amazing. So kind and take care of my mom with such love. I am so grateful for all the attention and care, love and affection they show my mom.

Pictures lie and can be fixed with filters Facility smells nasty Floor filthy Rooms in bad condition not like the picture makes it look.. Patients being ignored when they’re crying for help Blankets are small and old not hospital grade Bed does not have rails Mattress is old Staff being slow no hospitality at all My mom didn’t get a wheel chair to get escorted when I picked her up.. she’s a high risk fall and nothing made that facility look safe.. she didnt even apologized respectfully when I told her it was too late when sh... read more

From the moment we arrived with Dad, Mr. Guzman, his arrival was nothing short of exceptional. From the Administration, Nurses, Aides, Food Service and Housekeeping, all greeted our dad with utmost care, compassion and professionalism.
