An absolutely soothing sports/deep tissue massage. The space is roomy, comfortable and decorative… temperature was controlled to my liking and the music was relaxing. Barbara asked me thoughtful questions about my athletic activities, what I was looking for in the style of massage and if there were any particular muscle, tissues etc. that required attention. During the massage Barbara checked in with me to ensure she was meeting my needs… perfect massage!
I leave very pleased every time. My back is not killing me like it was. Do the 2-hour massage. It's worth it

I am really grateful for the service that I received from Barb Brereton today. She spent a whole hour on my calves. Not only did she help them feel better than they have in a very long time, she also sent me home with things I can do at home alongside the massage to help me recover quicker.
