We ordered a desk and a side table for our 12 year old son as his Christmas gift. We went in to their beautiful showroom to pick our the items. The staff were very helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their products. When we placed the order we were told that it would take about 6-8 weeks for the items to be made. To our surprise and delight we received a call the Thursday before Christmas telling us that our furniture was indeed finished and would be delivered the following day.
