This was a truly disappointing experience. The services were rushed (particularly my pedicure) which the technician got polish on my skin on all of my nails and I paid $80 with tip and had a minimal massage. Came to celebrate with my friend for her birthday and my going away. I have had better facials and pedicures at beauty schools. I have been to both locations and they are very different, but the services are amazing. Becky (one of the owners) is a very talented therapist, she just wowed me. Best massage I ever had. Ive also had a pedicure with her as well and she is so knowledgeable about products and polish. Its so great to have an english speaking nail tech. My massage therapist on 2/11/18 was INCREDIBLE. However, this same day I stood at the desk and booked another massage for both my husband and I for 2/17/18 at 12:00. In booking, I requested 90 minute massages for both of us. The lady at the desk informed me that she had both of us booked at 12:00 on Saturday but at that moment, she only had 1 hr available. I had an amazing massage with Cacy and a great facial. New products and staff is very friendly. Everyone asked about my services during and after treatments, unsure about last review. 2 thumbs up for my experience.
