I bought a nice nice swing set less than 10 years and my ladder to the upper crows nest rotted snd broke probably 2-3 months and despite my calling 3 times, speaking to the owner himself, I was promised a new one. It has yet to materialize. He requested photos which I took when it broke, clearing showing rot in the wood and I sent to him. The man behind the counter was too busy installing a window ac unit. Was not not helpful and didn't seem interested in making a sell. Did have very nice porch swings.

There is only one word to describe these people: CROOKS. They are so great at taking money and throwing garbage products at you. And when these products such as the pergola I paid an arm and leg for crack and fall apart in less than 5 months, you end up with a series of lies obfuscation and repeated unkept promises to come and fix the product. Even offering to pay them to come repair it did not work. I had an estimate from quality pergolas to install a superior product for less money and warranty. I made the mistake of my li... read more
