Great place great people
I'm Commander Shephard and this is my favorite Ranch in the Citadel.
Whispering Hope Ranch hosted an annual Camp Promise for people with disabilities. My ham radio club provided an afternoon demonstration of the capabilities of ham radio communications. WHR is a very nice property, providing many activities in a rustic environment. Really enjoyed visiting the camp and meeting the guests and staff.
