The team there is wonderful. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and really attentive. Jasmin took the time to listen and explain everything so I felt comfortable and supported. I left feeling like they truly cared and wanted to help. I’d recommend them to anyone!
I made an appointment for my mother. The appointment was very short and then I was charged quite a ridiculous price for 15 min worth time. The hearing aids offered are expensive. Went to Costco where they spent way more time, way more tests and hearing aids are a 1/4 of the price. Go there save yourself time and money.
Great service, testing and hearing aids
Absolutely phenomenal customer service experience. Both Jen and Jasmin are fabulous. I booked everything online/via email, and communication with Jen was super prompt and friendly and I was able to book an appointment within a few days of my inquiry. I saw Jasmin for a CAPD test. This is something I've struggled with since I was a child and am very self conscious about it.
