Whispher Wellness is a welcoming, wonderful studio that offers a range of classes. It has a great sense of community and variety of classes styles and times to suit everyone. I really enjoy their special events including meditations, sound baths and energy healing. I highly reccomend viisiting the stduio and trying a class for yourself - you'll love it.
I've been doing classes for a year now at Whisper Wellness and I couldn't say enough how welcoming and supportive the teachers are, the lovely community of people who attend and most importantly the the classes are amazing and the teachers know their stuff. Each week you're getting stronger, pushing your boundaries (or taking it at your pace), all levels are catered for. I've been going to Whispa Wellness on and off since they opened and have recently joined. Lisa and Darren are both very calm and welcoming, and the studio space makes you feel relaxed straight away! Its a lovely community of people and I look forward to going to more prenatal and meditation classes
