I’m so glad I got to go to the Melbourne winter retreat this year. I loved the laugh out loud moments, the beautiful morning yoga practice with Laura, Darren and the sun shining upon us, the essential oils, the energy healing and meeting some really beautiful people. Highly recommend a retreat or any class at Whispa Wellness!
Darren was really warm and welcoming. I loved his Yin Yoga class! His guidance helped me relax and breathe deeper into my body, and I was surprised at how much further I could go in my forward bend. For my first Yin class, it was such a great experience and gave me a better understanding of Yin. Thanks Darren! :)
I absolutely adored my retreat experience with Darren and Laura, from Whispa wellness. It was everything I needed, and I left feeling rested but energised. Their practices helped me find a real clarity in myself, and I’d do it again in a heartbeat! The kinglake location was beautiful, such a peaceful setting in nature. If you’re thinking about doing something just for you - then this is your sign. You won’t regret it.
I’ve only been a member of Whispa Wellness for a few weeks but I’m already loving it so much. In the time that I’ve been here’s I can tell it’s truly a special place, with a lovely community and a great addition to Brimbank. The teachers are so kind and supportive and the space is clean and welcoming. Whispa Wellness is a beautiful little studio, perfect for the Albion area. It is a comfortable space with friendly staff and members. The small class sizes ensure a community feel, and the teachers are attentive to everyone in the class and their individual needs. Highly recommend for a wonderful yoga experience!
