I first met Lisa when she was working in a tiny shed in her parent’s backyard. To be apart of and to see how she’s transformed Whispa Wellness is a honour. Lisa and Darren have created a sanctuary and a safe space in all aspects of their services. Whispa Wellness is my go to place for physical, mental and emotional clarity whether it be a yoga/yogalates/pilates class with Lisa or a relaxing massage with Darren. Thank you both for the magic you do!
We have been attending the mums and bubs classes and have absolutely loved them. Lisa is so accommodating and supportive during the class, especially when bubs starts to get grizzly! It's also been a lovely way to meet other local mums.
Gorgeous place with such a nice vibe. I did a class with a friend, and we both loved it. Lisa and Darren are so welcoming and share their knowledge and love for what they do every time. Thank you, guys, for such an amazing Sunday! .
Yoga has been my saving grace and Whispa Wellness has been at the centre of that grace. I would highly recommend any class conducted by Whispa Wellness. Try them, they off a variety of memberships and trials and I am certain you will not be disappointed. I have been in their Yoga care for over five years and my mind, body and soul are so appreciative!
