I have had great experiences with this company for over two years and now the last six months have been very frustrating. I have continued to make orders because the product has been strong. Except last week I made an order, was charged and have received zero notifications of shipment. This is beyond frustrating as I truly enjoyed working with company and now something has changed. We purchased a tree style wind chime as a gift for my wife’s sister. She received it with the “trunk” broken into three pieces in the shipping package. She has reached out twice with no response and I (the gift giver) have just tried again. No acknowledgement from their system that they even received my inquiry. I superglued it with predictable results. It’s a pretty enough chime (see photo) but would be beautiful if it not was reglued together. I’d love to send her the replacement part, but alas.
Still waiting to receive my package more than 2 weeks now. No one answers phones or emails. Very poor customer service.
