great event photographer – Tracy photographed my wedding. We loved the images. She helped capture the day beautifully. She was helpful and helped the wedding run smoothly. I love the style of her images. Thank you so much
Truly awful – This has to be the one of the worst examples of customer service out there. Tracy Ann Smith-Jackson is completely unprofessional and dishonest. She left the wedding early after complaining to various other vendors that she had someplace else to be, she was dressed unprofessionally, she made the bride and groom leave their dinner table to rush the cake cutting and first dances.
