Called in to get information regarding dementia patients and how they are looked after and how to potentially sign someone up. I was transferred 5 times, finally got through to the right department for the lady to say “ummm” and hang up on me. Called back to again get information for the lady on the line to ask if they have age care and to provide their number so they can see their budge !!!!! Not impressed and won’t be signing loved ones up here especially if they have dementia or need help in other areas! Very sad.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all the beautiful staff in the Sir David Martin building at Whiddon Easton Park. My husband Danny was there for the last 3 months until he passed away on March 29th 2025. The care and kindness that these amazing staff showed to him and us in the family was the best. The staff treated Danny as if he was one of their own family members and we will be forever grateful to you all.
