Dr. Lindsley was great. She took the time to speak with me upfront. Listened to me. Understood my situation and ultimately provided a plan of action after evaluating me that has definitely helped with my vestibular migraines. Would recommend her without hesitation!
I suffered from dizziness which affected my confidence on stairs and handicapped my ability to play with grandkids on the beach or any other uneven surface. Brooke did an in-depth evaluation and came up with a detailed, custom plan for my homework. We've met twice with progressively harder exercises and I feel a definite Improvement! Brooke listened carefully and set me up with a routine that I can use for a long time to maintain and improve my strength and balance.
Dr. Lindsley is very knowledgeable and has outstanding ability to analyze and address balance problems. After just a few sessions, I have a much greater understanding of my balance issues and what I can do to improve my balance. I think that I am already seeing good progress, and I have certainly learned a lot in the sessions that I have taken.
