We often go to Which Wich when we want a sub sandwich just the way we like it. They have tons of ingredients and they are always delicious!

I ordered a $21 sandwich that was delivered without the ingredients I asked for. They said there is nothing they can do to fix it in the moment and I am stuck with a $21 ham and cheese sandwich. I was promised a refund in 3-5 business days. It's been a week. I was told they would send me a sandwich card in the mail to make up for their error and lack of correction, that never came either. I really love these sandwiches but they are just sandwiches. I shouldn't have to harass and track you guys down to fix a mistake you should have already fixed. Not even your delicious onion strings are worth dealing with your lack of customer service. So long, sandwiches. I won't be wasting money on you again.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior by a 17 year old staff member named Sydney. Tried to fight my sister and my mom. They asked for a manager, and she kept claiming to be a manager. If she is, that is terrible behavior. Time to get the district manager involved.

Fill out the menu is like writing a resume if you're not a regular there. Really confusing. Luckily it was my second time there. The first time someone else paid so was expecting a "Subway" or "Quizno" price for 2 sandwiches (1 small, 1 med) and 2 shakes and a bag of house chips $30 just for that??? WOW!!! Not sure what they put in the sandwiches but you stay full for hours....then get droggy. If I would've known it was THAT pricey I would've passed and went to Arby's across CO. Blvd.
