Take caution before ordering prints; prints are not insured and delivery packaging does not properly protect the print. As a 1st-time purchaser from Frances, I’ve had a terrible experience brought by the lack of care or attention for me as a customer. 4 emails over a span of 1 month and still no one has responded to my request for assistance on an order that arrived damaged. Over the last few years I’ve purchased 5 pieces from Frances, 3 originals and 2 prints. Each purchase has been seamless, quick shipping and the pieces have shown up in perfect condition due to their meticulous packaging. I love her work so much that I will continue to collect more of her paintings, they’re my favorites in our home. If you’re considering purchasing a Frances I highly recommend it!
