Customer service was really bad. Initially contacted them in Dec 2023 and did not get correspondence months later. This should have been a sign to look somewhere else but the shuttle business here in Regina is small and they had the highest review rating. After finally speaking to someone on the phone who confirmed that they are available on the designated date, I gave them payment information to secure the booking.
