Extremely poor receptionists. Be clear on instructions when making appointments. If you can't get an appointment right, I certainly wouldn't trust them with my legal documents.

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. For lawyers, you would expect them to be honest, however they are not. They breach confidentiality, have poor communication skills, do not act in the best interests of their clients, make crucial mistakes and charge you for their errors. The bottom line is, they only care about money, not the clientele. I can only tell you to go with an ethical company and not the one that operates out of greed.
