The worst experience dealing with this mob
He charged me for doing something that another party asked him to do. Don’t go anywhere near him or his associates is my advice.
They take their time,responding to emails. Also,David is always "busy",and I thought he was nice. I was wrong. To coerce an elderly individual into NOT signing over a 2nd house,and leave a child struggling financially - disgusting!! Someone who was happy to do so,then told he would be stupid to do it. Even to sell the house himself. Shame on you.
Foold me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I've used David and his team on a few different matters across 2 seperate occasions. David himself is actually a really nice down to earth guy, however I cant say the same for his team and his business practices, I really shouldnt have given them a 2nd chance.
