What scam is this?
The worst experience overall. I’ve made a reservation through a third party service and tried calling them for 3 days to confirm the reservation. After no answer I went in there personally the day before the reservation. Got a horrible customer service from the girl working there. They didn’t honor the price or the reservation. They tried to offer me their cheapest car for 3x The price they have on the app. On top of that they said I must take it for 4 days when I made the reservation for only 2 days.
