Tristan and the team have made me four sets of wheels over the years. I've ridden them for fully loaded touring to road racing. The build quality is second to none. I've never had one of these eight wheels go out of true. This, combined with the fast and super helpful responses that clearly draw on a mountain of experience and knowledge is why I don't muck around with the tempting but overpriced fancy US and European brands go with Wheelworks you will not be disappointed!
I contacted Tristan to enquire about upgrading my Tacx Neo indoor trainer system to a superior DT swiss ratcheting mechanism. He was patient, meticulous and tried his very best to help me out throughout the entire process. Although the process ended up with some hiccups along the way, I really appreciate his assistance which is a testament to excellent customer service.
These guys are awesome. They saved my riding holiday! I needed a Berd spoke replaced and they were able to help me the same day. Super friendly and made it so easy. I wish I had place like list back in the states. Thanks Andrew.
