Because of Melanie I will never consider any other shipper, she is the best. I shipped a SUV over 2000 miles for about $1000 less than Uship. Fast, friendly, and super professional. Melanie is an absolute angel! I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I was dealing with a broken down car four hours away while on vacation with my family. After being absolutely bombarded by other brokers, I googled “car transport brokers in Tennessee” (where my car was at the time), and she came up. Update**** I am now being harassed for leaving a bad google review. Just goes to show how unprofessional and disrespectful this woman actually is. I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
