I spoke with Melanie today and she made me feel so comfortable that I would recommend all my family and friends to them. If they need to do anything as far as shipping the car to go to her my worry went out the window once I spoke to her and she related to my issue, she helped me in every way possible. I had a very unorganized and stressful experience with this broker. I first contacted Melanie on March 3rd to schedule vehicle transport for a specific pickup date of March 18th for our cross-country move. On March 8th, I followed up asking for a pickup time and was told it was too early for an exact time, but she assured me multiple times that my vehicles would absolutely be picked up on March 18th. Communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and everything was handled efficiently. Pickup and drop-off were spot on, right on time with no issues. Her customer service was excellent, always responsive and helpful, and the pricing was very fair! I felt confident the whole time knowing my vehicle was in good hands. Highly recommend.
