I noticed a very high charge on my receipt and reached out to customer support for an explanation. Unfortunately, the representative was rude and not helpful at all. To make matters worse, the vehicle shown in the photos was the same one I picked up, and it already had substantial damage on every side before I ever drove it. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the poor customer service and the condition of the vehicle.

Great service will definitely use them again. The car was exactly as advertised in Turo app. Extremely clean like new. Ran perfectly. WheelServe rep responded quickly to any questions I had. Easy pickup and return. Thanks again for making my rental a great experience

If I could put a lower score, I would. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen by an Aggie, this is where you should go. If you want to be treated like a customer who is trusting this company with your vehicle, STAY AWAY.
