This has to be one of the worse transactions companies I have ever delt with very unprofessional they arrive when they want which is late. I'm in a wheelchair I told the driver give me one second to get my jacket it was kind of cold struggled to get out to fine out he left me. SMH sad, really sad. And dispatch took up for the guy
Just had a wheels bus pass us on a ramp coming from highway 393 and heading north on 71. We both were on 393 with them behind us when we turned right on the ramp ahead followed behind us then she passed us on the ramp staring at us like we were in her way so to get onto 71. We drove 72mph and she was way ahead of us. I’m sorry but this is horrible driving for any elderly or disabled patient to be in her care. Driving today 71N between Bunker exits and Bus 218 tried to run me off the road to pass when there was zero room to do. Almost ran me off the road. I saw another driver take a picture as they passed me and the bus in the left lane. I called the company and the lady said she would give the driver a call. As soon as I saw them do it to someone else I called 911 and reported them. As I have read reviews here there is a pattern of bad drivers with massive road rage. Today January 22, 2025 at approximately 131pm traveling North bound on hwy 55 bus #208 failed to yield when getting off the Gene Snyder and attempted to merge into traffic without right of way and i had nowhere to go. I was in a 3/4 ton truck pulling a large gooseneck trailer used to haul materials and vehicles on. Female bus driver became mad when she was the one whom failed to yield.
