This company is the worse. I had a doctors appointment at 10am, they were supposed to be coming to get me at 9:45am and when I noticed that I haven't heard from them at 9:30am I called my insurance company to see what was happening. Wheels To Go lied and said that they came to my home at 8:30am and I never answered the door. I have a camera ring that picks up every activity that comes to my door and a dog that barks at everything. Plus I was waiting by my front door at 8am the whole time. These people are terrible.
