It is without a doubt a 5 star for me. We have been using Wheels on Wheels for a while now for my mother’s appointments whether at the hospital or doctor’s office. Every time we call the office, it is very easy to schedule a drive to and from the destination. The staff on the phone and the drivers are very nice, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Just watched a silver Wheels on Wheels van aggressively tail gating someone else going by my house. When I called the company to report it they denied it having vehicles in my area.

Aggressive and Dangerous Drivers I have no experience as a customer of this company but I would never hire their services. I have had several bad experiences at the Georges-L. Dumont Hospital entrance whilst picking up my spouse from his dialysis treatments. The Wheels on Wheels drivers act as though they own the place and do not seem to have any courtesy or respect for other people who might be there to pick up patients/loved ones.
