Ted is a nice guy, I was biking by and met him out front working on another customers bike. He looked at my bike and told me my chain was worn out and I needed a new one. He took my bike in on the spot and threw a new chain on and made some other adjustments. I will be back for sure
Kudos to Ted who rescued me in the midst of a solo bikepacking trip. My rear derailleur had stopped getting into the smaller cogs and my on-road tinkering with it wasn't making a difference. Ted was able to quickly diagnose the problem as a seriously frayed cable near the shifting levers ... which could have been an even bigger disaster had it broken en route. I only had a quick pop in, the owner was helpful and I found what I needed, but I didn't feel like it was a store to browse around.
Had a great experience here and walked away with a beautiful pink bike to ride around town on :)
