Very good customer service. Brought a mountain bike in to be built and they had it done well within the expected time and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be back.
My son & I arrived at the shop for advice and guidance on a gear indexing issue. Ben & Max were super friendly and took a genuine interest in both the bike and us generally. The shop had an open, fresh layout with a big TV screen streaming a downhill race event which helped amuse and inspire my son with his cycling endeavours. These guys are amazing. I had a bolt head shear off of my rear rack on a year-long cycle around Europe and they did absolutely everything to fix it at a moment's notice and at an absolute steal of a price. And we chatted a bit about cycle touring while doing the work. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!
