These guys are amazing. I had a bolt head shear off of my rear rack on a year-long cycle around Europe and they did absolutely everything to fix it at a moment's notice and at an absolute steal of a price. And we chatted a bit about cycle touring while doing the work. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!
Great shop under new ownership, looking forward to seeing the changes
Popped in on the off chance today after picking up a second hand BMX for our son. The back wheel was wobbling and the breaks were a little off. They said no probs we can get that sorted for you. Said it might be Monday but they did it same day so our son could get out on it. Super lovely guys and they even cleaned the bike over. Would happily come back again.
I needed a small urgent repair while passing through Gillingham and the staff at the bike shop were helpful, quick and generally great.
We were just passing by Gillingham, and randomly stopped to change a mud guard on one of our bikes. Max was the kindest most fantastic employee we could have found, he was incredibly helpful. Thank you!
