Since 1933 the Wheels in Motion family has been Ann Arbor's first choice for all of their cycling needs. We opened our first store, Campus Bike & Toy, on Depot street in 1933 and then moved to William Street. A lot of things have changed since then and bicycle technology has come a long way. Horrible turnaround time. Dropped off Friday, they said it would be completed Sunday. Tuesday rolls around, said it would be done by end of day. I call Wednesday and they haven't even started working on it. Bella is the only one worth anything at this store. She immediately started working on it and had completed within three hrs. Place is garbage. Don't bring your bike here. My work on my bike consisted of two new innertubes for the wheels and replace a brake line. That's it. Staff is a joke. Not all Wheels in Motion are the same! I was referred to Wheels in Motion on Washtenaw and figured they are the same and boy was I wrong! I contacted Ian to have work done on an ebike at this location and my initial contact was great but when I called again to bring it in it was a complete 180 and he wanted to "put me on the clock" just to continue talking. A Jekyll and Hyde for sure. I would believe the other bad reviews where the end fee was much different than quoted. I immediately contacted the store on Washtenaw and had... read more

Brought in my step dad's walker. They fixed it while I waited. Only took 5 minutes and charged very reasonable (cheaper than I expected) rate. Highly recommend.
