They are great. Ian took care of my bike and solved a 'weird' noise problem before a bike trip. I truly appreciate the help.
Horrible turnaround time. Dropped off Friday, they said it would be completed Sunday. Tuesday rolls around, said it would be done by end of day. I call Wednesday and they haven't even started working on it. Bella is the only one worth anything at this store. She immediately started working on it and had completed within three hrs. Place is garbage. Don't bring your bike here. My work on my bike consisted of two new innertubes for the wheels and replace a brake line. That's it. Staff is a joke. Not all Wheels in Motion are the same! I was referred to Wheels in Motion on Washtenaw and figured they are the same and boy was I wrong! I contacted Ian to have work done on an ebike at this location and my initial contact was great but when I called again to bring it in it was a complete 180 and he wanted to "put me on the clock" just to continue talking.
