Phone calls unanswered after 45 minutes on hold in queue. Not acceptable. Staff though, truly exceptional making the appeal process bearable at least. 7 8 24: still not answering phone...NOT ACCEPTABLE!! 04 16 25 still holding...
Consistently excellent service and some of the most courteous public servants that I've encountered.

Exceptionally good service. The place was rather busy when I went there. I was 6th in line and the employees were very kind, attentive and patient with every single customer. Big round of applause!
