Office is closed 9 1 at 230? Editing my teview Phone calls unanswered after 45 minutes on hold in queue. Not acceptable. Staff though, is truly exceptional making the appeal process bearable at least. 7 8 24: still not answering phone...NOT ACCEPTABLE!! 04 16 25 still holding...
They're super helpful and awesome. Most of the time, it's best to CALL FIRST - so you can make an appointment or find out when you can come in - depending on what you need, or if there's a time based event, etc.
My mother just died and I needed help to clear up any problems. Linda went above and beyond to assist me. She explained which forms to file now and additional forms for next year. She stapled everything together and put it in categories. Taking a huge load of stress off my hands. Thanks Linda!
