Great people with great service
Purchased an electric trike in May. It was purchased for a senior. When we got it home she could not ride it. Contacted Wheelies within 2 days to return. Was told that because it was a special order we had to pay 239.$ for a restocking charge. Interesting since there were the same bikes on the floor for sale. I have purchased more than 13 bikes over the years from Wheelies. I would have thought that they would be kinder to loyal customers. He was not. They had two e-bikes of mine for over a year. They finally just took parts from the one bike and made one. They never reached out to me at all. Absolute worst place ever.
Awesome local bike shop, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me multiple times with both big and small issues on multiple bikes, and are always my first stop for components and repairs.
