My husband and I are in the Chula Vista Branch for all of our services that we need to walk, in through out the month. Everyone is always so helpful and kind to us. Some times I have a problem, and before I leave the branch, they have completely settled the matter for me, with a smile . WORST banking experience. My son and I tried to open new account and they required some of the most asinine things! Went to BANK OF AMERICA with our ID and Social Security Card NO PROBLEM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
