i have been bringing my bike here for many years. Customer service is always top notch. Brought my bike in today with some minor fixes and this was taken care of immediately and walked out a very happy customer like always.
AMAZING!!! I would recommend no other shop! Nathan Leventhal is the most amazing guy, he is very knowledgeable and wants nothing but the very best for his customers! He took care of me and made sure I was on an amazing bike and answered all my questions. Being a new rider is scary but he made sure I felt comfortable and well informed. Wheelhouse is my go to place!
Fantastic shop! Fantastic staff!!!! I'm a washed up cyclist from CA, moved here 9 years ago. My first job was in a bike shop in the 80's, so I'm familiar with the business, just not the new technology. I wanted to get back into cycling and Wheelhouse helped me and my wife get back on the road with a couple bikes and great service! They didn't try to oversell me, and listened to what I knew, didn't know, and what I wanted to do. The guys there were really friendly as well as professional. The service was great...The store was super clean. A very nice environment.
Had to have them new basic pedals on my road bike They were very quick.
