I stumbled into this shop a few weeks ago after googling local shops. So glad I did! The owner, Nathan, knows his stuff! He went above and beyond answering all my questions and helped me find the perfect gravel bike and accessories. He took the time to make sure the bike was adjusted before I even took it out of the store. This shop definitely takes care of its customers Just got back from my first ride on my new Liv Devote and it rides perfectly!
Basic repairs are priced fairly. Owner is polite & professional.
My wife broke a spoke on her mountain bike, so I stopped by Wheelhouse Bicycle since it’s close to my work—and I’m so glad I did! I went in just hoping to buy a loose spoke, but they really went above and beyond. I brought the wheel in to make sure I was getting the right size, and not only did they have the spoke, but they also removed the cassette, installed the new spoke and nipple, and reinstalled the cassette—all for free! I've had nothing but positive experiences at Wheelhouse Bicycle. Nathan is knowledgeable, patient, and obviously cares about getting things right. Their prices are fair, and the workmanship is top-notch. Highly recommend!
