In January we purchased 2 bicycles from Wheelhouse. Nathan was very helpful in choosing bikes that suited us and our future plans to ride the Katy Trail from beginning to end. As we have conditioned for the ride the bikes worked well but needed a tune up. Nathan took care of that without charge. Nathan has been very helpful with advice, helping us choose the right bikes and following up with maintenance. I highly recommend Wheelhouse and Nathan for both novice and experienced cyclists.
Great experience all around. Quick turnaround on maintenance for an older bike, and helped us get a great deal on a new one too. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Upfront on pricing
The owners are extremely helpful and attentive. We were in the store for about an hour and got very good service. I recommend this bike shop to everyone!
