Wheeler is a good rental company. However, it is complicated when you’re dropping off a van to go to a parking lot. Find a specific parking spot. Take pictures and get an Uber back to the airport. My suggestion would be if you’re a customer renting give yourself a lot more time than you need And my advice to Wheeler is to partner with other car rental agencies so that instead of having us to go somewhere else to drop a van off, We dropped the van off with one of those rental agencies that can then send it back to your agency... read more
