I was impressed with how quickly they responded to my email, which I did on a Saturday afternoon, as well as the follow up emails while I was deciding on what to do. Several people helped me in my renting endeavor, so unfortunately I can't remember names, but all persons were polite and helpful.
The booking process was very easy and they were very helpful and friendly definitely recommend.
