First rental was great. However, the next rental was not. After making reservation for my husband to be transported to his brothers funeral after driving to Dover there was no van available. They had overbooked. Then had to contact them to refund the deposit.
Clean and secure
Booked a reservation 2 months ahead of time for my mother’s 90th birthday only to get a cancelation at the last minute because the car had air conditioning issues so they just left me hanging with nothing. 100% unreliable company, if I could give them less than one star I would
If you need help with access to handicapped transportation this is the must to go place the owner is above and beyond accommodating
