The whole process is smooth. As far as the van goes it’s reliable but it’s underpowered and a bit rundown. If they would provide newer vans they would definitely get 5 stars. And the location by the airport, is excellent.
The rental process was smooth and being able to speak to a person that helped walk us through the process was very convenient.
Rhonda was patient and kind as she walked me through the whole process and helped me adjust my booking to make it work best for my family. We planned a family trip and then realized that we couldn't fit everyone in my car together. The opportunity to rent a van that can accommodate my son's wheelchair and fit everyone else was just what we needed and I'm so grateful that Wheelers is there to help us with that! This was my first booking with them but after this good experience I have a feeling it won't be our last!
