Rented from Wheelers the first time in Palm Springs. Overall unhappy with the entire rental experience and condition of the van. Wheelers did not contact me and let me know where the van was parked, I had to contact them. I experience a flight delay and was told that I would be charged and after hours fee for the pick-up. The van was delivered 24 hours prior to the contract date which resulted in additional parking fees. The vans are in a hotel parking garage behind a movie theater; a little hard to find, but not too bad. The contactless check-in is smooth. Representatives are professional and helpful. Than van itself was older and in moderately poor condition. There were several large dings and scratches. The van and ramp/tie-downs operated fine. Overall, I will continue to use Wheelers and will recommend them.

I would not book with this company. They change the rates within 15 minutes of calling them to get quotes and calling back to book the van. I ask about a refund if something happened and we could not make it and she would not answer the question. Bad place to book a van
