I made reservations for a Wheelers. Accessible Van to be delivered to the Palm Springs airport. I talked with Rhonda who was very nice and answered all of my questions. It was so nice to talk with someone with great customer service and not a robot.
We have worked with Wheelers 7 times from Seattle; to Palm Springs, and Anaheim. My daughter is medically complex and we rely on well executed travel plans with timely and reliable transportation. Wheelers have served us so well with clean, reliable and comfortable transportation , and the Wheelers staff have ALWAYS been more than accommodating for our complex needs! We do life BIG and we travel BIG! Wheelers will keep our family exploring this big world , as everyone deserves to see the world!
We loved the service that wheelers offered us. We were able to connect with them at all times. Customer service representative was very friendly. They made our journey pleasant. The car was clean and the gas was fully filled. We asked for the car to be delivered to the airport and dropped off in the airport as well. Super easy to use and manage. Thank you very much Wheelersvanrentals. We will definitely use their services again in the future.
Wonderful service! Van was available at short notice and promptly delivered. We have rented before as well and have never had an issue.
Contactless pickup was easy. Van worked well and was easy to operate wheelchair locks and other equipment.
