-My vehicle has always been ready at the scheduled time. -The vehicles ( including accessories such as ramp, tiedowns, etc) have always performed flawlessly. -Staff has always been competent and polite. This service has been a real lifesaver during a difficult time!
I needed a rental while my wheelchair van was being repaired. This company told me they ONLY have manual ramps on their vans and that I was expected to have an “assistant” to close the ramp and door once I am in the van. Apparently they don’t realize wheelchair users don’t get a magical fairy to grant you a FT assistant when you become disabled.
