I was hired by this company in May 2023 and completed their training program, which took about three weeks because of limited truck availability. During that time, I had a family emergency and requested time off since there were no trucks available anyway. Instead of supporting me, the company terminated my employment. Just don’t do it. No respect for the drivers not much more for anyone working in the yard. Anymore you’re just sitting around empty because even tho they barely had work for their current employees they thought it would be a good idea to hire more. Took away the dog and passenger policy, added cameras, and a few more changes, the kicker tho is that no one thought that was important information until orientation… given that was half of the reasons why we wanted to come back had we known that information we wouldn’t have made ... read more
