Just don’t do it. No respect for the drivers not much more for anyone working in the yard. Anymore you’re just sitting around empty because even tho they barely had work for their current employees they thought it would be a good idea to hire more. Took away the dog and passenger policy, added cameras, and a few more changes, the kicker tho is that no one thought that was important information until orientation… given that was half of the reasons why we wanted to come back had we known that information we wouldn’t have made ... read more
