This place should be famous. Home grown Rochester excellence. A friend suggested it when hard to beat lateral hip pain wouldn't let go of me. Founded by Paul Wheeler, a Pilates expert, trainer and massage therapist, Wheeler Healthy U is a beautiful renovated house and a simple, practical place of healing and empowerment.
