Advice was good. Pricing was reasonable. Delay in correspondance was a constant problem throughout. But it was for the other side too. Might just be a lawyer thing. I'm talking weeks after they recieved communications from the other side, I would follow up, and then a further week later, they'd get back to me and apologise, and then continue from there. They were pleasent to deal with and again, great advice, but that was annoying.
Andrew was professional, kind, and extremely effective throughout our matter. From the beginning he communicated clearly, responded quickly, and explained each step in a way that was easy to understand. His advice was practical and level-headed, and he helped reduce a lot of stress during a difficult time. Andrew handled everything efficiently and with integrity, and we always felt supported and well represented.
