Its been a nightmare the process of owning the Ford Escape Joel sold me. It had major issues, transfer case full replacement needed within the first 2 months and now full transmission replacement. I only have had it for under 5 months.... I am over 10k in debt and with a car that is undriveable.... Joel has been mostly unresponsive to help and even when he gave me a rental to use for a couple days, that car broke down too... beware buying or renting a car from him. Joel was wonderful to work with in purchasing a vehicle I needed. He worked with my schedule and the insurance delay for cash I was receiving to put towards the vehicle. He was great in allowing my mechanic to check it over and even came in on Superbowl Sunday to make the final deal.
