Lost two clients. Waited 3 months to get my own refund back. Called multiple times to see what was going on and no response. Left a voicemail, no response or call back. My partner was told they were trying to call them, lies, bunch of lies. No email was sent or phone call to explain to them that their taxes had to be redone because there was a pin that was needed. WHERE'S THE COMMUNICATION? Quite a shame, the people there were friendly but this isn't how you run a business. Be weary of them.
