My father was picked up on time for his 1120 appointment. Call for a pick-up after the appointment and nothing. Waited 1 hour-- heard nothing. Finally called and was told eta was 15 min. Waited 45 more min-- nothing. Called again... spoke to Sharon-- very nice even knowing I was clearly upset. She found out that the pick-up was shifted from driver to driver multiple times and she said 9 min eta. It ended up 2 hours total to get transported literally 5 miles. Nobody wanted to help me because was Sunday at 8pm. Wheelchair transport was the only company who offer to help. Thank you for your prompt and great customer service.

I don't even know where to begin. However, I will say thank you Jesus for sending our angels and a ram in the bush. My brother being stranded at a doctor appointment for over four hours being told and waiting to find a van that was capable to transport him back to the facility where he lives. My brother being wheelchair bound never the last. My brother and I calling Aetna Insurance and transportation provider numerous of times being told they are working on it or trying to find a driver.
