No consideration for the service they are performing - high school bus service. Absolutely no courtesy phone call before school started . Change of pickup time (15 min earlier), mid week, not communicated so child missed bus, had to drive them in to school. Found the issue through STSCO website on second occurrence! Charging drivers $200/day for altering home bound route, which is ridiculous for high school rural routes as there are many who have after school activities.
