Their dispatcher is incredibly rude. He interrupts, hangs up on me, and even yelled at me when I asked a simple question for clarification (whether he needed the name of the wheelchair passenger or just any of the passengers). Service and drivers are good but I’ve called their dispatcher multiple times and it might be the rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shockingly bad.
Great service. Arrived early both for pick-up both ways of our trip. Wonderful service for an elderly person with mobility issues and anxiety disorder. Our driver was kind, courteous and conscientious, putting our mother-in-law at ease right away.
Very pleased with the service we received. Kamaal was friendly and extremely helpful assisting my mom in her wheelchair. He was on time both going and coming. I would highly recommend this company and Kamaal.
