The new management will rip you apart, if you have not asked for the price. And you wil probably miss your flight, if you have not booked for a slot at least 4 hrs before flight departs. Many times, they forget to pick you up, as there was another "emergency pickup".

Any other day, Wheelcare is terrific but tonight horrible. Why does the customer have to call the driver (who's at the wrong hospital) to pick them up at the correct hospital. It took twenty calls to get through and the voicemail is full.

HORRIBLE!!! They were scheduled to pick my dad up at 2:00 - they knew it was for a very important doctor's appointment. By 12:25 they had not arrived or tried to call. My mom called and they said the driver had a blow out and they were about to call (I'm sure they have blow outs or some other excuse all of the time). The driver arrived at 2:44. Always has been a pleasure to use this company. Never would I think of using anyone else to take my aunt to appointment.

Horrible service. Always late to pick my grandmother up from the nursing home. For example, today, my grandma was scheduled for a 12 o'clock pick up and it's now 130 and she still isn't here. I wish I could rate them zero stars. This sort of thing happens ALL THE TIME. Save your time, money, and energy and go with someone else. Like visiting Angels. When you call all they can do is say "oh I'm sorry that happens". Sorry!? Why don't you fix it. Ugh.
