Updated Review: from 1 star to 3. 5 stars for Veronica in dispatch for her hard work. I can’t even imagine what she’s dealing with. I understand the staff are not all on the same page. Drivers are a hit or miss. Some are simply professional and caring and some are still working on it but working with medically impaired patients, it’s necessary they reach the level of professionalism and care quickly and hopefully are paid enough to care. I’ve had repeated issues with Wheel Care Express changing the pickup time I originally schedule. I give a specific time for a reason, and they often move it without proper notice or not truthful about explanation why the time had been changed. This creates a lot of inconvenience and stress, especially when appointments and medical needs are involved. Their drivers are unsafe, they don’t check their mirrors or look to their sides when changing lanes. They almost hit a big rig while changing lane.
The appointment pick up at 5:35 am on 12/26 to dialysis center but no show up, called their phone number, no one answered. Terrible service
