Woman driver on her phone swerving all over, nearly crashed into us when traffic slowed. Then tailgating for several miles & driving recklessly.
Oh geeze we’re not the only one. This company is terribly bad. If you’re social worker connects your loved one to them , quickly seek out another. These people are the worst. I understand they’re dealing with ill people but clearly the workers are mentally and professionally checked out here too. They should be fined for this level of incompetence. My dad’s health treatment facility is constantly calling me to follow up on his ride because they’ve been consistently showing up 1 to 2 hrs late with some lame excuse.
Horrible company, they took all my mom's information and then told her that they won't be able to pick her up for dialysis even though they told her before that they can. Ryan Molinos is a very unprofessional individual who wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Very sketchy

My aunty was transported by Wheelcare Express based in San Leandro and the service was amazing. The drivers are very understanding and friendly along with the office staff. I didn’t have to wait a-lot on the call as it was answered within seconds. I would definitely recommend Wheelcare Express San Leandro to individuals needing the service :)
