Horrible company, they took all my mom's information and then told her that they won't be able to pick her up for dialysis even though they told her before that they can. Ryan Molinos is a very unprofessional individual who wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Very sketchy

My aunty was transported by Wheelcare Express based in San Leandro and the service was amazing. The drivers are very understanding and friendly along with the office staff. I didn’t have to wait a-lot on the call as it was answered within seconds. I would definitely recommend Wheelcare Express San Leandro to individuals needing the service :)
I arrived to my appointment late and then they forgot to pick me up. I had an appointment at 3pm and my driver said I he was scheduled to pick me up at 6pm, I told him my appointment would not take 3 hours, so I called your company dispatcher at 4:30pm and she said the driver is in the neighborhood and will be thier soon. I called back at 5:15 and thier was no answer, so I waited till my so called pick up time no show. This van constantly blocks my driveway! Horrible drivers. Doesn’t event live on my block.
