5 stars for my dads current driver. Unfortunately it’s a great upgrade too late. Our social worker went ahead and switched company for us because the previous drivers, and the conact between drivers and their office were too often a miss than a hit. My dad was often waiting for pickup at his treatment facility for an hr to 2hrs. It was heartbreaking. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible company, they took all my mom's information and then told her that they won't be able to pick her up for dialysis even though they told her before that they can. Ryan Molinos is a very unprofessional individual who wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. Very sketchy
what a horrible staff and business they are so unnecessarily rude over the phone I personally help people to get jobs and am aware that the company might be looking for drivers, I've called several time simply trying to figure out how my people can apply since there isn't an application on they're website, but the people who answer the phones, hang up people's faces, act like the don't speak english, give you the run around instead of answering a simple question I've never been treated so, rudely by a so called business and ... read more
Updated Review: from 1 star to 3. 5 stars for Veronica in dispatch for her hard work. I can’t even imagine what she’s dealing with. I understand the staff are not all on the same page. Drivers are a hit or miss. Some are simply professional and caring and some are still working on it but working with medically impaired patients, it’s necessary they reach the level of professionalism and care quickly and hopefully are paid enough to care.
