I want to thank Wheel and Sprocket for helping me with my brake before my ride on Bike to the Beat yesterday.
I took my bike in for a flat today and Zach not only changed it on the spot, but he walked me through it step by step so that I now have the knowledge to do it myself in the future. He also showed me areas to look to for quick self tune ups to keep my ride in top space. Thank you Zach!
The new W&S e-bike store has a great selection of e-bike options and an opportunity to test them out in the parking lot. The e-bike section of the store is managed by Matt Geib. Matt is thorough, knowlegable and committed to service. We bought two Electra Townie Go bikes and Matt went out of his way to be sure we could pick up the bikes before Memorial Day so we could get out and enjoy them. Being there both Saturday and Sunday for their sale, I was very much glad I stopped. Marilyn was my sales gal and was very informative and helpful. I would recommend going there for your bike and accessories.
