sweet Jesse a sales woman who knew the bikes. She really helped me and my 14 year old grand daughter find the perfect bike for her 5 foot frame. bikes have so much technology and design it is hard to pick a bike that's right. Jesse cleared all that up and a test ride. proved it.
Brett was extremely instrumental in helping my son get involved in the NICA cross country bike league. Without his patience and help, the joy we've had would not have been possible.
W&S has some phenomenal mechanics!! Shoutout to Zac Richmond for keeping my bike in excellent working order, even after all my crashes!! (I crash a lot?) Definitely getting my next bike from here!
I took my bike in for a flat today and Zach not only changed it on the spot, but he walked me through it step by step so that I now have the knowledge to do it myself in the future. He also showed me areas to look to for quick self tune ups to keep my ride in top space. Thank you Zach!
The new W&S e-bike store has a great selection of e-bike options and an opportunity to test them out in the parking lot. The e-bike section of the store is managed by Matt Geib. Matt is thorough, knowlegable and committed to service. We bought two Electra Townie Go bikes and Matt went out of his way to be sure we could pick up the bikes before Memorial Day so we could get out and enjoy them.
