Big thanks to the staff at the South Hill location for helping me find the right bike. Great folks! Over many conversations and test rides everyone I worked with was friendly, well informed, and eager to answer my many questions. Importantly I never felt pressured to buy anything. They weren’t trying to just make a sale but were genuinely interested in helping me find the right bike. Very happy customer :)
