Inconsistent customer service. Sometimes really great. Sometimes really treated poorly. I guess it depends on what store and who is working there.
What a fun bike shop to visit! They always have the latest bikes and accessories. They cater to the die hard pedal crowd and pedal assist fans. I’ve had my mountain bike serviced by them several times, and each visit is a smooth and friendly experience. Thanks for keeping my Stump Jumper riding like new!
Was looking for some good shoes for some flats and got scammed into buying shoes with no grip and I can't even trade them in. Now I have a $130 pair of shoes I can't use for downhill and I got completely busted up because my new shoes won't stay on my pegs.
The guys at the north store have always been incredibly helpful, especially Jon. I had a brake issue with my epic and they got it sorted and back to me in 24hrs. I always recommend the north store to people.
