Always helpful and highly recommended! I've been with them for a while and have nothing but good things to say about the staff. My local branch knows me when I walk in, so my visits are quick and efficient!
Do not use my option! First when I opened account with several thousand dollars I told them I wanted a security word for security purposes. I find out later it was never done! I opened an account to have interest put into besides several thousand dollars in it also to pull as I wanted. It was supose to be no charge!! Wrong!! Once again I was being penny n nickled.. they charged me a under a $ amount fee! Next I called to see when I could close accounts...talked to 1888 number..I was told Wednesday. Great bank and the girls are so nice and helpful!
I tried to open a new account this morning and was greeted by someone. I felt welcome and reassured that I would be helped soon. I continued to wait with no additional help for about five minutes. Not a problem I thought, they will be with me when they can. After I continued to wait when the phone rang. The person that said they could help me shortly answered and asked what they could do for the person on the phone.
